Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available.

If you would like to exchange your item for another color, you may do so within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that customers will be responsible for all delivery costs involved in the exchange, including returning the item and the cost of sending the replacement.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof. In this case, we will gladly exchange the item and cover the delivery cost for the replacement.
